These Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS and email communications programs offered by TBC Katy, doing business as Starting Strength Katy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Starting Strength Katy may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include:

  • Appointment or session confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling updates or changes
  • Membership or program information
  • Important notices related to gym operations
  • Occasional promotional or educational content

Message frequency may vary.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Starting Strength Katy to send text messages to your mobile number.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

4. Rejoining the Program

If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again using the same method you originally used to enroll or any other opt-in method we make available.
