“I kept injuring my back over and over again doing little stuff like getting the stroller out of the car. I gave it a try and it honestly transformed my life — I got so much stronger, felt so much confidence.”

“I was a yoga, Pilates, small weights kind of person — and I think that nothing has transformed my body, my abilities, and honestly my mental state as much as this kind of strength training has.”

“If you actually want to be stronger and you want to help your bone density — particularly as you enter your 40s, in my case, or 50s — do it. Don’t be afraid of the bar. It looks scarier than it is.”

Sound familiar?

You’ve tried. It hasn’t stuck.

“I’ve done the classes, the apps, the programs. Nothing lasts.”
“Weights intimidate me. Nobody ever taught me how to lift.”
“Things feel heavier than they used to. Groceries, stairs, getting up off the floor.”
“I’m worried about what the next ten years look like if nothing changes.”

None of that is a willpower problem. It’s a method problem, and the method is the easy part to fix.

The fix isn’t more workouts. It’s a coach.

People walk through our doors every week feeling unsure, out of practice, or intimidated by barbells. They leave stronger, more confident, and in control of their health. The difference is having someone beside you who knows exactly what to do next.

The method isn’t new, and it isn’t a trend. It’s a systematic approach developed over decades of coaching thousands of trainees — most of whom had never touched a barbell before their first session.

A coach guides a member through the bench press
1

A coach at every session

Not a program on your phone. A coach on the floor with you, every single session, watching every rep and telling you exactly what to fix.

2

A simple, proven method

Five basic barbell lifts, progressed a little at a time. No gimmicks, no circus workouts, no guessing. Simple doesn’t mean easy. It means it works.

3

Progress you can measure

Strength is measurable, trackable, and predictable. It is not a guessing game. Every session is logged. You watch the numbers climb week over week.

Getting started is simple.

1

Book a free 30-minute session

Thirty minutes with a coach. You talk through your goals, and it usually includes learning a lift, like the deadlift.

2

Learn the lifts

You’re coached from your very first session. We start light and build gradually. Nobody jumps to heavy.

3

Get stronger every week

We handle the programming, the progression, and the corrections. You show up three times a week and watch the numbers climb.

This is coaching, not a gym membership

You’re paying for a coach who runs every session you train, not for access to equipment. Standard personal training runs $75–100 for a single hour. Here it works out to about $28 per coached session.

Prefer 1x or 2x per week?

Options exist. Ask your coach at your free session and we’ll find the right fit.

Membership is capped

We limit membership to roughly 100 members so every session stays coached at the standard we promise.

Common questions

Am I too old for this?

No. There’s no age cutoff. The program starts from whatever you can do today and builds from there, and your coach adapts every session to you.

I’ve never touched a barbell. Is that a problem?

No. It’s the normal starting point here. You’ll have a coach with you from your first rep, we start light, and we build gradually. Nobody jumps to heavy.

Will lifting make me bulky?

Building visible size takes years of deliberate, specialized work. It doesn’t happen by accident. What you’ll notice first is that things that used to feel heavy stop feeling heavy.

What actually happens at the free 30-minute session?

It’s a thirty-minute consultation with a coach. You’ll talk about your goals and what’s been getting in the way, see the gym, and it usually includes learning a lift, like the deadlift, with the coach guiding you.
